We work with Asian oil and specialty chemicals manufacturers to provide engineering services and proprietary equipment for etherified plants. The plant will use proprietary technology of injection reactors with a design volume of 15 m3. The main product is medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) used in the food industry and personal hygiene.

The highly efficient, safe and easy-to-install injection reactor is an enhanced intermittent liquid-gas circulating reactor that provides close contact between the reactor/catalyst (gas, liquid or solid) and the extractor and has an excellent interface area. This provides significant stability, safety, batch processing time and product quality advantages over mixing reactor technology. This means that the entire plant will use prefabricated sleds, deliver them to the construction site, and then assemble. This method, created in a highly controlled controlled modular warehouse environment, significantly improves quality and safety, as well as reduces the overall risk of project progress as construction work is minimized.
