Insert bearing

Outer spherical ball bearings are actually a variant of deep groove ball bearings, characterized by a spherical outer diameter surface on its outer ring, which can be fitted into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat for centering. Outer spherical bearings are mainly used to withstand combined radial and axial loads, mainly radial loads, and are generally not suitable for bearing axial loads alone.
Although its basic performance should be similar to that of deep groove ball bearings, due to the fact that this type of bearing is mostly used in relatively rough machinery, the installation and positioning are not precise enough, the axis alignment between the shaft and the seat hole is poor, or the shaft is long and has a large deflection, and the accuracy of the bearing itself is not high enough, some structures are also relatively rough, so the actual performance of deep groove ball bearings with the same specifications is quite discounted. For example, the outer spherical ball bearing with top thread is applied to shafts with large stiffness and deflection differences. This type of bearing has sealing rings on both sides to tightly prevent dirt from entering, and is already filled at the factory
An appropriate amount of lubricant is not required to be cleaned or replenished before installation. When tightening the top screw on the protruding end of the bearing inner ring on the shaft, the allowable axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.
